The disc was scratched really bad and is unreadable due to the dreaded xbox360 tip issue. If you just barely bump them it will eat your freakin disc.

Go get a refund, or get another game, or another Xbox 360. Basically just go get a Playstation 3.

There is no way in saving it if it’s scratched that bad. May I reccomend to not touch your xbox while you are playing a game? Xbox’s are horrible for that.
