I really hate to just give them to anybody. The were rescued by us and we’ve had them for many years but now due to our traveling with our jobs, they are left alone quite often and it’s not fair. Any ideas on how to find them suitable homes when you don’t know anyone that are good to their animals.

maybe you should put what kind of birds they are. it could make a difference. other than that i can’t help you on figuring out who would be suitable to take your birds. instinct might be your only hope. sorry

google “parrot rescue” or “parrot adoption”. someof those places make it harder to adopt from them then buy one, and do home visits to make sure the birds are being taken care of.

Hi there are a few things you can do first off what kind of birds are they you can go to birdsnway.com and list them there with a re-homing fee you can do craigslist most bird species out there have a website and most of those you can post on … Just be thorough and check the people out have them come to your home so you can see if they are compatable to your bird once you think you have found the right people visit thier home make sure they aren’t going to just stick the bird in a cage and breed it you want a good home for your birds so do the work that comes with re homing a pet … Good luck

I was in PetCo this past summer to purchase dog food and the cashier was putting a sign up, Free to good home, 2 parakeets with cage. Natually I adopted them. Go to a PetCo or PetSmart and see if they will find a home for your birds for you.
