I thought there was going to be a CD included or some type of software. A friend of mine purchase it and she received a CD. I like to know how I can get a CD that belongs to the big. Please help. Is the CD really needed???

This book came damaged. I thought when ordering a new book from Amazon direct this wouldn’t happen, but it dit. The corners of the hard cover book were bent back severly, and the finish was even broken off of one of the covers. Needless to say, I wasn’t that impressed. The book itself is ok as textbooks go, it’s required for my class.

This book is an awesome read. It will cover most of the mistakes that small business owners tend to make. I have never been so impressed by a text book. This text is an easy read and you will walk away enlightened and heavily equipped to start your own business. Depending on your level of education and experience, you may be able to skip a few topics, but this book will come in handy for any business owner at any level. This book has blessed me beyond words.
