This book was labeled as good, some marking inside, but in my opinion it was better than good. Recevied clean and with very little markings. And received in a timely fashion. Would use this seller again.

This book is jam packed with good information. The case studies are good and the subjects are well researched and presented. Unfortunately, it reads like the author’s Thesis.

John Boatright’s text is the only teaching text you’ll ever need for a course in business ethics. Whatever the instructor finds missing can be supplemented, easily, with handouts (cases, articles etc.) However, Boatright might do well to rethink inclusion of the chapter on ethics in finance, which tracks his book on the subject. It seems odd to include a chapter dealing with ethics in only one industry. Also, there is much that this chapter leaves out, as the subject matter warrants a much broader treatment than is given either here or in Boatright’s book on that subject. “Finance” refers to a very broad universe of activities, many of which are not addressed in this chapter. It is the only chapter I skip in my courses in business and professional ethics.

That said, this is a very good text, written in jargon-free language in chapters of reasonable length. I recommend it.

This is a good book to start studying the Business Ethics. Kind of convoluted to learn about the business ethics theories. The cases presented are very well described and right to the point based on the topics covered.
