Has anybody else had problems with the nokia 5800 loudspeaker?

My girlfriend has had 3 nokia 5800s in 3 days, shes about to take it back for the 4th time. When she talks on the phone in her car on loud speaker everyone has trouble hearing here??
Has anyone had this trouble?
