If your talking about buying online, the seller should have told you in the description, if it’s from a well know online store in the UK then it’s probably PAL. You can always ask the seller to check.
If you have the chance to see the box, somewhere on it there should be a logo with A, B or C printed in the middle. A is for NTSC- America, B for PAL, and C for NTSC- Japan.
