Will the Nokia N97 revolutionize the mobile industry or will it be just another N series phone from Nokia. Nokia’s 5800 was its first touchscreen phone and it is ranked as the best selling smartphone in the world. Do you think the N97 will have such an impact.

Nokia’s first touch based phone was Nokia 7710 and was released long before touch was seen as a must have on smartphones.
N97 targets a different market segment than 5800, it has beefier hardware specs and the price is almost double as well. But it is totally worth the money, it is one of the best phone ever.

Probably so, because N97 is basically a mini computer, a lot more power than the nokia 5800, and N97 will be releasing in the US this month, I am looking forward to it.

If we can compare both phones we will understand that the N97 is not simply an upgrade of the Nokia 5800.
N97 is built to be more widely used across the world particularly Europe with a variety of operating frequencies.
So its going to make a bigger impact than Nokia 5800 as its going to be used by a wider range of customers.

N97 will definitely pawned 5800 for its better specs, better memory, faster processors, everything is just better in n97.
