ok i downloaded a 1hour 30 min. movie on Real player it is a flash video I think but it wont play on the ps3. Anyone know how to change it to a supported video file on ps3! Thanks

You can try downloading some video converters for this purpose from here:

You should use a video converter to convert the video file from the flv file time or whatever file type it is to the appropriate file type of the PS3. Check out these links below:
