Well, it’s pure sugar, so it’s not very good for your weight. Check the ingredients to see if there are chemicals in it. Either way, you probably shouldn’t drink it every day – try herbal tea (I love mandarin orange spice, it doesn’t taste bitter like tea at all), or plain/sparkingly/flavored water. Just keep your eye on the sugar content.

It’s sugar water. Eat an orange and get more benefits with fiber. Sugar water in any form should be avoided completely.

Tang is a chemical cocktail and completely man made in a factory. How healthy do you think it could be? It contains a whole bunch of artificial colors, preservatives, flavors, sweeteners. You name it they probably tossed it in the pot.
Most healthy people can handle the rubbish put in this completely artificial drink if they don’t have allergies.
Question is, with other natural fruit juices out there with much less artificial crap in them why would a person prefer to toss that stuff down their throat?
