I tried this for two weeks before stopping use. In my case, I am convinced it somehow affected my sleep – I had issues staying asleep while using this. Once I stopped, my sleep pattern returned to normal. I am probably a very isolated incident because this seems to be a very popular product otherwise. I did not have any adverse digestion related issues while using it. I do not believe I used the product long enough to receive any joint related benefits so I can’t comment on that.
