My Nokia E71 Music player is not working properly even restored to factory settings.How can i fix this problem?

After I installed some added features on my Nokia e71, it started not to work properly. Having it restored to Default Factory settings my music player is not working properly afterwards (was working before restoring). Please help me resolve this issue, it would be highly appreciated. THANKS!

hmm, interesting, since you said you restored the phone back to default settings, did it delete the added features?
did you try updating the firmware?

Do a master reset on your phone by dialing the code *#7370# (will erase all data) and this will hopefully solve the problem otherwise either take your phone back to from where you got it OR update the phones firmware from Nokia.com
