I mainly use my mobile as a camera, video recorder, music player and also for storing my data and I know that nokia 5800 xpress music is better than iphone for all these things. But I have also heard that 5800 hasn’t got such graphics like iphone and also a little uncomfortable while typing anything, because you have to press the buttons a bit harder. Is it true? What should I buy?

Buy an iPhone; they’re much better at everything. they have loads of apps and you can do basically everything on them. here is a website about iPhones : – you should find all the info there. personally i think the iphones best but at the end of the day its your choice. iphones have great graphics and you dont have to press buttons- its touch screen. hope i helped x

i’ll go for the Nokia, if i were you.

the nokia would be easier to handle, and remember that an iPhone is mostly controlled by touchscreen. once it gets damaged, it may cost a lot to get it repaired. I’ve tried typing with the iPhone. It may take you quite a while to get used to it :)

I personally recommend the Nokia 5300, 5310, 5800 or 5810. The iPhone works with a lot of restrictions from AT&T and Apple even after it’s unlocked; it’s MUCH too easy to re-lock when you update software, iTunes, etc. Nokia, on the other hand, has no vested interest in what you do with your phone, so you can put it on any network you want without interference from the manufacturer or AT&T.

The iPhone also lacks a camera, and cannot handle picture messages without a third-party application, which most companies do not support.

I dont think in Nokia 5800, you need to press button a bit harder. I have one and i found it really cool.

Nokia 5800 has some good features that are not there in other smartphones. It’s a decent phone with big touch screen and you can find many applications built for this device. You can be ahead of others after buying this phone. No doubt, it’s a smart phone that will make u smarter.

For Nokia 5800 XpressMusic games, applications, wallpapers and themes, you can check here-

You can also find comparison of this device with iPhone in the link i posted before.

well i have long nails so i really love the fact that it needs a harder press cuz the iphone only responded to my fingers which could get complicated
as stated there is only a 3.2mp cam which does a nice job in outdoors conditions but is poor in indoor (a lil grainy)
the phones graphic are great and it is a really fun gadget to have but i honestly think it more caters to the teen market as it offers quite a few features for the price…the music player is adequate and the speakers are really good the bundled music software makes syncing easy…
but unless ur sumone who freaks about having plenty of apps i think 5800 would do for u( i have a few fun apps like nimbuzz, sports tracker and fring but not many out 4 the s60 tough edition yet and 2rd edition apps are really bthersome on this UI)
hope this helped…

The Nokia’s graphics are *much* better than the iPhone’s. With typing you’re not pressing any buttons, you’re typing on a touch screen which is very sensitive to touching.
A great phone to have – don’t forget the GPS!

I chose the Nokia 5800 even though I am a huge fan of Apple – all my computers and mp-players are Apples, but this phone is just a little bit ahead of Apple’s iPhone.

I have a tip for you…
- do not believe what others are answering… research it. (like the one that said IPHONE has 5mp? hell he’s a liar.)

for me… you better choose Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic.
-it has more cool applications that iphone
-apple products are just like…. fame or luxury. u can see the specifications of iphone in other phones… FOR LOWER PRICE. its just that they make iphone go have high price even though it doesnt have that much beneficial specifications.
-Nokia 5800′s applications could be downloaded for free in the internet. (iphone’s apps are bought … they are not free.)
-nokia 5800 has 3.2 MP camera with DUAL LED FLASH! vs. iphone’s 2 MP without flash!
-nokia 5800 has stereo digital surround sound… like the sound system in the cinemas.
-has the latest symbian OS.
-graphics? who the hell said that it has POOR GRAHICS? 5800 has 360×640 pixels VS. iphone 320×480 only? whos the winner?

AND PLEASE DO VISIT THIS LINK…

youll see the comparison of both phones and the ratings by the users too.. youll see whos the winner… definitely nokia 5800.

Go for nokia. Iphone is just a costly gadget.
You’ll get everything you need in nokia & from my experience, typing isn’t difficult, you can always use the full screen qwerty keyboard or if you’ve got a lil’ more patience, you have the handwriting recognition.

I’ve also seen the iphone, i do admit its got pretty good graphics, but nokia is no less & afterall, the nokia 5800 is more cheaper than the iphone, plus, you get almost all the stuff you have in the iphone, in nokia.
Just for good graphics, you really should not spend more. ( in my opinion. ).
