The daughter of a wealthy business man is kidnapped on her 18th birthday and Police Squad swings into action. The main suspect of their investigation is the girl’s boyfriend. When Frank and Ed listen to a recording of the kidnapper’s demands, they hear the distinct sound of a tuba in the background, though it could also be a ship’s horn. They search for a tuba store. When they do track down and find the kidnapper, the criminal fights back.

“My God, my daughter’s a needle in a haystack”… “thats not true, i’ve seen a picture of her, she’s very attractive”
To Iowa!
go dodgers haha
the glove compartment XD
@odiug95 That one left me breathless!!! I could not stop laughing for a long time.
On the DVD, the “Holiday Tubas” tape actually plays the original tuba music, not the synth music this version has.
I never noticed before what those guys at the gas station were doing when
Drebin tells them to “fill ‘er up”.
@GODMONSTERRARGH are any of this on dvd?
Did anyone else notice at 6:20 when Drebin says “we have men working around the clock” there are officers in the background standing around a clock writing things down?
The charades scene is classic lol
Tuba or not tuba.
“He can’t Frank can’t you see he’s a mime!!!”
R.I.P. Leslie Neilsen!
The word tuba has lost all meaning for me.
4:17
Why can’t all elevators be that exciting?
Cover Me!
A protein shake!
@MaximustheMerciful66
“and you wouldn’t have been in this mess if you hadn’t given up Tommy John.”
Beautiful… just beautiful.
Lol…liked that too! Immediately following that comment, Tommy Lasorda consults the “word on the street” for some pitching advice. Classic!
10:30 “I’m going over there, Frank, and try to get behind him. Cover me!”
(covers Lt. with a jacket, blinding him)
(Lt. fumbles, stumbles, & bumbles)
XD
Ha, the tuba puns were hilarious, very Simpson’s like, I liked “tuba or not tuba”
Lol, 5:30 Did anyone notice they’re interrogating the chimp that Nielson brought in?
in the uk we have a show called my family, watched a episode bout 6 years ago, never liked it one bit. found the canned laughter and piss poor script annoying so l moved on. guess whats still on?
“To Iowa!”
@yyzllp
