Got this phone yesterday and took me 2 hours to get the cover off trying normally. Here’s how to get it off!! Stick 3 or more pieces of selotape down the back with a good bit hanging over the edge, then when these pieces are smoothed down pull the tabs of tape at the end and it comes off, easy! Plus it left no damage to the back cover as it’s slidey, hope it’s of help!! :)

i had the same probleam just hold the bit under the camerea sliding thing and push up it worked for me if you still have diffuculties take it back to ehere you bought it and ask then to take it off for you
