@mzbraintard I don’t really think that women should train differently from men. Many women I know are concerned with becoming too muscular, but the truth is that it is very difficult for most women to put on a lot of muscle, especially when you’re on a restricted diet. As long as you don’t eat more than you burn it won’t be an issue. If you’re looking for a good video series I highly recommend P90X. Also look up Charliejames1975 on Youtube. She has some good ones as well.

Or…if your a guy…..you can take extra testosterone. Biotin, and Fish Oil. Then train in the gym. Mens testosterone level declines after 21.

Someone should tell the chick on the chest press machine to stop using her neck so much when she presses. Also fat has no metabolic rate, because it is a form of stored energy. Your metabolic rate has to do with a combination of hormones, overall muscle mass, and activity level. What a lot of people should know is that circuit strength training is actually more effective than cardio at fat burning too. But yes; strength training is the most important component of your workout.
