@amomanurse There will be a lot of supreme court cases based on the new care. This is an issue that will be disputed in court and most likely won. Medicaid will cover cancer more or less, and by 2014 most Americans will have Medicaid.
wait, let me understand this…..private insurance companies can NOT prevent PRE EXISITING conditions being covered BUT YET the new Medicaid’s new breast and ovarian cancer program says that the cancer diagnosis has to be found while th eperson is on Medicaid and NOT befroe they are on Medicaid…isnt that the same as private companies not covering PE conditions???? stupid I think!!!!

Industry overheads are in the single percentage range of a given premium, whereas the cost of the unhealthy is the foremost reason why health care is so expensive in this country. What idiot would refute that the industry wants the dollars of the healthy via mandates, when good health by definition means consuming far less health care? One day you will see what a farce this country’s attempts at “change” really are.

The industry and the “evil” corporations and unions stand to gain handsomely through mandates and by forcing healthy people to buy more coverage than they need in order to pay down the costs of an insanely unhealthy population. Yeah try again, y’idjit. What you call “reverse socialism” is what we already have: the healthy pay the same rate and use 1/10 of the care, simply to pay down the costs of fatties, smokers, and addicts.
