there are so many weird people on earth, i love this channel

no offence but when one panics, they mostly freak out to the point that they dont think nor remember to do slow breathing. If somone sees them they can remind them to breathe but if they are alone it can be hard for them. therapy is really the best thing to help. although this video does help get the point that many folks suffer from the disorder

you cant stop a pani attack with a 3 minute video, you need to see a therapist.

It’s also an internal issue(an internal imbalance). We should treat the root cause, not just symptoms.

I notice that when one of my super anxious episodes ends my lungs take in deep breaths like I had been suffocating or something.
