there’s difference in voltage …the kind of plugs that are plugged in…like with d adapter etc..
n the game disk
it can b ntsc
japan ‘s is ntsc j
the japan 1 wont work in normal ps3
when d voltage is different it requires different plugs..

1). There are from different regions: US is NTSC U/C region, Chinese is NTSC C region, Japanese is NTSC J region. PS3 games are region free, but PS1/2 games and movies aren’t;
2). Different voltage;
3). Japanese version doesn’t show blood in the games due to their laws.
