Dwarf Alberta Spruce. Way too overused in residential landscapes. Most garden centers sell them at christmas with miniature bows on them to look like little christmas trees.

Bradford pear has that shape but not that type of leaves.( it doesnt produce pears.)

It may be Dwarf Alberta Spruce but do the needles fall off every fall? How big is it in relation to a person? You say “normal tree” that makes me think it is bigger than the Alberta Spruce…. Could it be a Larch? They sometimes are shaped like that and have needles
A Bald Cypress?
Could even be a Dawn Redwood?
These are all Deciduous Conifers. Meaning they all have needles that drop every fall. I guess that’s also what I thought “normal tree” could be referring to.
